The 75th BOD Meeting of Chipolbrok was held in Shanghai on May 14th, 2025. Zhu Bixin, President of COSCO Shipping Group and Chairmanof the Chinese BOD and Andrzej Karnabal, Chairman of the Polish BOD, led delegations to attend the meeting.

The BOD Meeting fully affirmed the progress made by Chipolbrok in 2024, and expressed sincere congratulations to all employees on and off ashore.

The BOD Meeting reviewed the 2024 Work Report, implementation of the relevant resolutions of the 74th BOD Meeting, 2025 transportation-financial plan and other motions. The meeting expressed that BOD would, as always, support the development of Chipolbrok. 

Chairman Zhu Bixin and Chairman Andrzej Karnabal signed the 75th BOD Meeting Protocol. Adam Bralczyk, Consul General of Poland in Shanghai, attended the signing ceremony.
