This year, Chipolbrok has continued to deepen its strategic layout in integrated “breakbulk and bulk” operations. While consolidating its core breakbulk liner services, the company has steadily expanded new modes of bulk carrier transportation. Building on its traditional strengths in breakbulk liner services, Chipolbrok catersto customers’ growing and diversified shipping demandswith solid, dependable voyage services.
Earlier this year, two chartered-in bulk carriers operating on Chipolbrok’s Far East/Southeast Asia to North America routes have been running smoothly. One has already completed its voyage, while the other is currently on route to North America. Recently, a newly chartered bulk carrier officially entered service on the North America route. Complementing the regular multipurpose heavy-lift vessels providing liner services, this addition further enhances service capabilities, broadens the range of cargo types accommodated, and offers customers more flexible capacity support. The newly chartered vessel is currently loading in South Korea, with operations proceeding well. The consecutive deployment of three vessels demonstrates a tight operational rhythm. Bulk carrier transportation has now become a mature, regular service under the Chipolbrok brand.
Chipolbrok has long enjoyed an excellent reputation in project cargo, heavy-liftand out-of-gauge equipment, as well asbreakbulkcargo. In comparison, bulk carriers are typically single-deck vessels—featuring only one main deck—which is a different ship type from multipurpose heavy-lift vessels. To operate bulk carriers effectively, both the company’s functional departments and frontline crews have undertaken training and adjustments in line with compliance requirements, making tailored arrangements in cargo type selection, stowage methods, and dunnage arrangements.
From breakbulk to bulk cargo, from liner services to chartering, Chipolbrok consistently centers on customer needs, steadily expanding its service scope from project and heavy-lift cargo to “bulk and breakbulk crossover” areas such as steel products and general cargo. More flexible fleet configurations and more comprehensive cargo coverage enable us to actively respond to customers’ increasingly diversified transportation demands. Going forward, Chipolbrok will continue to explore more possibilities for coordinated operations between bulk carriers and heavy-lift vessels on other routes. In mid-April, another long-term chartered bulk carrier will set sail westward.
